OTChanger is a program to replace the host of the Tibia Client, so you are able to login on Open Tibia Server. OTChanger is clean and simple programmed, so there shouldnt't be any problems with it. The .OTFC Creator is a programm to create .otfc files, so you can start the client and change the ip/port without starting OTChanger.
